We would like to inform you that the Hungarian Kennel Club is organising an International Dogshows event from 29th November to 1st December, 2019 in Budapest, at the Hungexpo ("A" pavilion).
In addition to the exhibition, there will be a PET&SMALL ANIMAL EQUIPMENT public fairs!

Leaseable areas: 

Price: 55 EUR+VAT / m2 / 3 day

The minimum depth of all and any rental spaces is 3 meters,  the minimum rental area is 6 m²  (3 meters depth x 2 meters wide), which costs:
330 EUR+VAT / m2 / 3 day

We can not provide a smaller space!
 

The rent fee includes 2 personal tickets and 1 car ticket, if you need more, it must be paid

 

Power purchase options:

2,5 kW  - 180 EUR +VAT/each/3 day

5 kW     - 260 EUR +VAT/each/3 day

Stand construction can be ordered directly from the Budapest Hungexpo Fair centre.

Please, if you would like to join the show with a trade stand, before the show, the latest 15th November, 2019 send us the filled application form to the e-mail:

And until this date, 15th November, 2019 please transfer us the fee, and send a confirmation about it in email to tradestand@kennelclub.hu

We also ask you to transfer the rental fee to the following bank acccount number (Euro base):

We kindly ask to you notify us whether you happen to need a transfer invoice issued by us so that you can process your transfer payment!

Deadline of fullfilment of both conditions is 15th November, 2019.

In case you happen to fail to pay prior the deadline, extra charge of 10% will be charged in cash payment on the spot.

Rental spaces can be taken over upon presenting the payment proof or having paid the necessary amount in cash.

Renting and paying the rent can also be administered in person in the offices of MEOESz:

Rental areas will be allocated based on the sizes of the required areas and on a first come first served basis.

Further, no branch of business can be granted exclusivity.

In the area of Hungexpo, food and drink can be sold only by the Hungexpo contracted partners in exclusivity, so we can not provide space for this activity.

 

CONSTRUCTION & DEMOLITION:

28th November (Thursday) between 12-16 hours: registration. Then we give you the car and personal tickets. You can start the construction after the registration and payment done from 14:00.

Please note that only this day can be driven inside by car into the halls!

The demolition of the trade stands on 1st December (Sunday) after the BIS program, when there is no passenger traffic. By car you can come into the hall from that date!
